Why do ladies pay less attention?

Just wondering what is that thing that makes ladies lose their facial and skin beauty once they get married. Is it marital stress? Is it child birth? Or they just stop taking care of themselves? Yes, I know child birth changes her body, but what about her skin complexion? The one that is dark becomes darker and the one that is fair starts becoming dark as soon as she gets married. No lady retains her previous complexion after getting married. Those that are a bit conscious of their appearance can only retain an approximate skin complexion after marriage. I have come across many fair ladies turned black after marriage. Today, no traces that they were ever fair. I mean, what is that thing? It still, baffles me! I think a research should be carried out as to why this is so.
This is the reason why most men go out to have extra marital affair because the ladies they married now looks older and unattractive to them.
To married ladies out there, despite your determination to build a good home as well as taking good care of your husband and children, it should not be done at the expense of your physical appearance. You still need to pay cognizance attention to your physical appearance and look good just for your man only

The role of education in nation building

Of the many factors essential to a nation’s chances for development, education is one of the most important. A saying has it that “The rise or fall of a nation is the doing of its people”. In other words, the deciding factor is, in most cases the people rather than outside forces (like, say, a foreign invasion in the case of a nation’s fall).
We can go on from that to say that the quality of the people depends on whether they have a “good” education or a “bad” one.
I see education as three – pillared: Moral, Intellectual and Physical. A good education should consist of moral training. Students should be taught morality and good sense to enable them live successfully as individual humanbeings and as members of society. It should also include intellectual training not only to impart information but to develop the power of thinking. Thirdly, it should be rounded out with physical education to build healthy bodies.
A good balance of the three is important. But in compulsory education the focus should be on moral training for it is this that makes us human. Moral education, then, is human education. Through moral education, people are equipped with manners befitting human persons and members of society.
Only when intellectual and physical education are built on this “human” foundation are they able to be made full use of. They are simply a minus to society if they are used wrongly – no matter how much knowledge or physical strength a person may have.

The phobia in online business

MMM Nigeria is still alive and exploring a second opportunity in Nigeria, But would people trust them whole heartedly and put in all their monies like they did before?  Would people whose accounts were frozen get their money back? 'Once beaten twice shy', they say! Many people invested millions of naira into MMM because of the confidence and trust they had in the financial scheme. It was a cool means of earning residual or passive income. But MMM Nigeria crashed after all the noise that nothing can ever happen to it.
This brings us to the issue of security of investments online. A lot of people are scared of investing online because most times, online businesses involve dealing with people you barely know and have their contacts. Therefore, the risk involved is quite high because if anything happens, there is nobody to hold responsible.  Yes, the worst risk in life is you not taking a risk. Taking risk can sometimes materialize into immense fortunes and on the other hand it can also boomerang resulting in acute financial disaster. Many have built their business empire around online investments while some are still licking their wounds for badly investing online which made them bankrupt.
Never you be afraid to venture into online investments but know when to draw the line and don’t be greedy about it.

How local apps developers can thrive in Nigeria

One good way to  grow and thrive our local mobile software industry in Nigeria is for renowned multinational mobile manufacturing and software companies like Nokia, samsung, LG, Blackberry, android e.t.c to give their support and extend a helping hand towards them. This gives them a sense of belonging and the confidence that they have a support on whose back they can ride.
Nokia in its capacity has done well in this regards in the past. It embarked on an academy program aimed at accelarating major Nigerian mobile software companies in growing their companies on regional and international levels. Nokia had really done great supporting local talents to develop their skills and grow their companies by integrating them into both regional and global markes with a plan in place for providing future funding.
This solidarity will further enhance their capacity to develop world class applications that meet the real needs of Nigerian consumers.
