Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) is the conversion of IP address to physical address or Mac address.
It is usually a broadcast message. Routers talk to each other and their
computers using ARP. A router broadcast message to all port until the
right port of host gets the message. The computers in a network do not
speak directly to IP address but talk directly to Mac address.
