MTN's fine reduced to NGN50 billion

The Nigerian communications commission (NCC) has finally tempered justice with mercy as MTN brings down its ego and agrees to settle out of court.
This is a step in the right direction for MTN rather than burying their heads timidly in the soil like a peacock and hiring world class law expatriate to fight the government.
The current humility displayed by MTN has helped to reduce their punishment. Now, the Nigerian communications commission (NCC) has come to a compromise and agreed that MTN should pay only NGN50 billion as fine charges.
